Test Prep Workshops

Students can prepare for their next standardized test with our experienced and engaging test prep teachers! Our instructors will help your students demystify the test, review content, and solidify test-taking strategies. 

Please note: under-enrolled workshops may be cancelled and alternative options will be provided.


SAT Workshop
Grades 10th to 12th | $425

Classroom Matters' five-week SAT workshop offers an in-depth review of SAT content, format, and test-taking strategies. This workshop is ideal for students who would like guided practice with the various question types on the exam, as well as coaching on effective test-taking strategies.

  • Students will hone their reading and editing skills so they can conquer the writing, language, and essay sections.
  • Students will review the math section: going over systems of equations, arc lengths, complementary angle rules, radicals, etc.
  • All materials will be provided, including College Boards' The Official SAT Study Guide

(Minimum enrollment is 5 students, maximum is 15 students)

The High School Placement Test (HSPT) Prep Workshop focuses on content-area review and test-taking strategies designed to help students achieve their desired score results. 

What to expect:

  • A comprehensive, user-friendly manual

  • Experienced and friendly teachers who know how to work with different types of learners

  • Exposure to the test format and scoring procedures

  • Practice with the five sections that make up the verbal sections and the four sections that make up the math sections.

(Minimum enrollment is 5 students, maximum is 15 students)

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your registration, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 4 weeks before the start of the course.
